GENERAL CAMP INFORMATION

Daily rates are as follows:

3-11 ($15)
12-17 ($25)
18+ ($30)
Day only ($20)

Registration Fees - Camp fees include rental of the facilities and food expenses. If you are unable to send your money in advance, we request that you still submit your registration form by May 17. We use the registration forms to determine how much food to buy so even if you can’t send money in advance, PLEASE SEND YOUR REGISTRATION FORM, so we know how much food to order.

Service Fee - Because this is an online service there is a fee for processing payments electronically. You will see an additional 3% for each person. If you do not want to pay the additional processing fees, manual registration forms are being sent via mail or can be downloaded here.

Accommodations - Rooms will be assigned based on space availability and special needs. We understand that not all accommodations are equal but with the number of people we have, this is the easiest way to manage the space. Elderly, disabled and larger families or families with small children will be given priority. Due to the potential for limited space, we are requesting you specify on your registration if other folks are coming that you would be willing to room with.

RV Spots - The campground has trailer hookups for those who might want to bring a camping trailer. There are a limited number of spots (only 8). Adrianna will contact you if you indicate you are coming with an RV and no more spots are available.

T-shirts - Camp t-shirts must be pre-ordered by May 17 to provide time for printing. See link below to access the t-shirt order form.

Arrival Time - The camp staff need time to prepare for our arrival after the previous camp has left so no arrivals prior to 3pm on Sunday.

Departure Time - To prepare for incoming campers, we must leave camp by 1pm on Saturday.

Camp Donation

Select this option if you would like to give an additional donation to help cover any unplanned costs or scholarships for camp. Any donations received above what are needed for this year will be used to help reduce the registration cost for next year.

SCHOLARSHIP REQUEST

Camp Scholarship Request

We want everyone who wants to come to camp to there. Due to the donations we have received, if anyone is unable to come due to financial limitations, please complete this to register. Registration costs will be covered. If you need additional financial support for travel, etc. please contact Adrianna directly. We want you to come no matter what!! All scholarship requests will be treated confidentially.

3. Populate the columns with the information requested.
